As a Distribution Center Loader at Kohl's, you will be responsible for various tasks within the distribution center, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise. You will ensure that all products are handled efficiently and accurately, supporting the timely replenishment of store inventory and online orders. Your role is crucial in maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take delivery of, remove, and handle incoming goods.
• Place goods in designated spots within the warehouse for storage.
• Procure, package, and organize orders for distribution to various locations and clients.
• Utilize pallet jacks and hand trucks for duties related to warehouse operations.
• Conduct stock assessments and ensure meticulous recording of inventory quantities.
• Create a safe and well-organized warehouse by addressing cleanliness and safety concerns.
• Partner with fellow team members to meet productivity and precision goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
